Ventajas
Company don't care of employees or self employed. What is on day by day bases. We use own car, expenses and even tools. The worst thing is we work per job done, what's mean if rebook the job , don't get paid. Job fail: If you get wrong or insufficient parts. Parts not working! Wrong diagnostic. Customer don't tell exact issue or miss to explain. All engineer I work there was good. The problem is from management. 20£ per job, that's amazing.!!! And all expenses paid by worker. One day government will knock on your door and give you proper kick.
Desventajas
Bad experience. Bad management. Bad treatment of employment and self employed. No benefit, no overtime, no competition. Will not recommend to my friend engineer! They spend so much money to train engineer and will like to release you just for formal request.
