      Decent pay for my position. Great, fun staff.

      Desventajas

      “Challenging” micro-managing leadership. Immature/unprofessional behaviors caused loss of several highly talented employees. Very high turnover.

Over the past few years, we have added training for our management team, including giving and receiving feedback and transparent communication.       Ventajas

      This is a business that takes care of its staff. Management allows a lot of flexibility for their staff and is always supportive professionally. I always look forward to walking into the office and working with this team on a daily basis.

      Desventajas

      There really is no downside to working at Geoscience. Management is always available to talk if there are any issues, and will work with you to find a solution.
