Ventajas

It's a great place for flexible schedules, entry-level associates will be trained & developed, engineers are highly valued, lots of fringe benefits and employee focused activities, health & fitness is valued and daily walks/classes/exercises encouraged on campus, variable pay/bonus options, excellent work force, executives are accessible and personable, the facilities are well maintained, excellent security, onsite cafeteria, and friendly co-workers.

Desventajas

There is little advancement opportunity for the seasoned professional, administrative positions are not valued as engineers, there's no clear career path, salary freeze "austerity" period for over 8 years with only 1-3% increases, middle management has poor leadership skills and lacks experience or desire to develop staff, innovative ideas and processes aren't always well-received due to industry regulation, lack of cohesion and consistency across the 3 family of companies on campus (regarding, structure, grade, policies, and work load.

Ventajas

Great coworkers, company is growing. Great benefits (employer 401k matching plus retirement ~15% employer contribution)

Desventajas

None really. Keeping up with knowledge transition. A number of retirements happening, but that’s expected with long tenured employees.
