It used to be pay, bonus and pat leave. But pay has been frozen for 3-4 years, bonus payout was £0 and Pat level reduced by 3 months

Desventajas

Too many to count but put simply: Managing partner too focused on his personal brand than the company No strategy (other than to grow and be earning £xm by a certain year Culture of blame Clicky clubs, if your not part of one, your floating around and ignored No personal development No sales target is a myth, there is huge pressure on sales

We’re focused on clear communication of our new 3 year strategy, strengthening leadership visibility and expectations, refreshing our governance and decision making structures, and improving the consistency of the personal development experience, including clearer career pathways, more structured feedback and better alignment of objectives.

Desventajas

Senior leadership are adjusting slowly to the pressures of international expansion. Company is still maturing in terms of internal processes, which lands on mid-level management.
