The work of Culture Design® is meaningful and challenging. It requires intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping organizations improve how they lead and collaborate. Our firm attracts smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about the work and its impact on clients. Over the years, I’ve seen many people grow significantly here by taking ownership of their work and leaning into the challenge. For people who enjoy solving complex problems and working closely with clients, there are real opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The company is also generous with holiday time and offers significant flexibility in how we work, including the ability to work remotely. People who do well here tend to enjoy meaningful work and a fast-paced environment. It’s also simply a really cool place to work, and everyone is genuinely kind and supportive. Desventajas
The work we do is demanding, and the expectations are high. It requires adaptability, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity, which means it may not be the right fit for everyone. Because we work remotely, communication and relationship-building require intentional effort both internally and with clients. Not everyone enjoys or thrives in this kind of environment, and I acknowledge that it isn’t suited to everyone.
