      Lots of highly skills professional engineers which are eager to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Fringe benefits which are quite solid. Interesting and challenging projects, technologies and environments. Very good company culture. Very good processes and work culture. Overtime handling is great.

      Desventajas

      Sometimes pressure is high on projects. A lack of time / people can be felt in certain teams and projects.

      Ventajas

      Good for students and interns, the learning curve is steep at the beginning, you can learn a lot from good professionals. You can ask anyone everyone will help and tech you. Lots of fringe benefits like food in restaurants, gym, cell phone per 3 years and cell phone subscription.

      Desventajas

      The salary is lower compared to competitors, as a senior there is nothing more to gain. Lot of people on that position leave because of that, lowering the morale. In short good for newbies and not so good for seniors.
