Blasé attitude to COVID safety, ignoring health and wellbeing concerns leading to multiple cases in the office. Irrational old-fashioned owner let loose to make poor decisions without due diligence or current business understanding. No staff consultation, all decision-making is top-down. Clear favouritism with opportunities and promotions being offered to a small number of staff. Don't trust all reviews on this page - senior staff have been known to ask current staff to leave positive reviews to counteract negativity.
