I have thought a lot about whether or not to write a review. Hoping some will heed my warning. In my many years of working, this is by far the worst company I have ever been a part of. Management hired from Chicagoland and into Wisconsin is a disaster. And the culture is garbage. And if you're not familiar with Barrington...the land of the upper crust, polo shirt-wearing, hire-your-rich-friend's kids to run a company--get ready for a treat! You can expect a workplace consisting of a lack of professionalism, backstabbing, the good ol' boys club, boozing, sleeping with coworkers, and all-around debauchery. If this sounds like the late-night infomercial you've been looking for, then sign up. You've found your home. If you differ in any way or don't fall into the DEI aspect of the company--expect to be ostracized. Training is minimal--largely because management has no idea what they're doing. Vista Equities pressures the company to be the next "unicorn" and you can almost see the wheels falling off. Squelching ideas, innovation, and practicality. You'll notice tons of new hires--and multiples of previous employees with short periods of time here. My advice is to do your research before you join. Look for previous employees on LinkedIN and reach out to them. You'll get a clear view of what's going on under the hood at Fusion RM.
