      Ventajas

      Excellent Benefits , Competitive Pay , Family Friendly company with a mixture of Family and Singles events. Company makes solid effort to push solid work life balance.

      Desventajas

      Company is making strong push to grow. Which leads me to believe they are looking to be bought or stop being a small company. They are adding more overhead and non billable employees to front office.

      Great pay, great benefits, PTO, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement

      None that I can mention. I’ve been with this company for 4 years now and I love it!

      Ventajas

      Fuse Engineering is a wonderful place to work, and they provide a number of options to help their employees reach their full potential. The vacation time is amazing, as well as the flexibility to use the vacation time. Management cares about their employees and I always feel confident that they would be able to resolve any issues that I brought to their attention

      Desventajas

      We don't get to see each other a lot due to the nature of the customers that we support...however even with that Fuse hosts several events through the year to get the team together.
