Ventajas
- WAS full of devs that really cared for one another where everyone's opinions genuinely mattered. - WAS full of fun art projects where creatives could push themselves, but within reason. - WAS a place where you felt you could grow yourself and possibly an incredibly tight knit team - WAS a place where you could trust your team outside of your immediate circle to not only get things done, but to help you if you're in a tight spot - WAS a place where you felt that if you applied yourself and believed in everyone and the project, you could make great things happen
Desventajas
- The fact that everything I said in Pro is now past-tense and becoming increasingly worse - Management became toxic and reductive of all of it's employees down to numbers on a spreadsheet - Turnover rate grew to an incredibly high rate due to people wising up at the insane lack of care - Empty platitudes, like what you will inevitably see below this review, became the hot trend when confronted with any real meaningful critique on how to make the situation better - Promises not kept, either financially or in relation to work time to it's employees. This was not due to simple "oh games work this way" but due to incredibly poor management on time. -Management has no interest in fixing these solutions as they know now that people will simply leave when they are unhappy and there is a multitude of new, bright eyed devs wanting to get in the industry. This while deliberately keeping senior staff at the place they are and not touch the bucks in their wallets.
