You meet some cool people on your team.

Desventajas

Run by random metrics, nepotism, and favoritism. They are not interested in criticism when their employees can’t afford to eat. They will push you out if you’re not in the clique, regardless of your actual contribution to the job. Surpassing metrics may be rewarded with a $15 Starbucks card, but you have to crank out an obscene number of tickets in a competition with your team.

Opportunities are given to the same anointed groups . Completely a make believe culture that very few actually experience Openly pro Ottawa but also anti US in action … slash and cut former Emerson staff through RIFs while actively recruiting for positions as Canada only based Formally trustworthy but far from it now They have clearly over rotated on AI with no real wins. Bloated engineering (very) . It grows seemingly to justify management layers vs actual need . Equity is hard to get post initial package
