Not a single one and I am really trying to think of something. There is no aspect of this job / company worth taking a position here
Desventajas
A sales / merch force with no idea what they're selling. No sales numbers are given ever. Store after store is a problem with ill fitting display units, our project under a competitors sign miscommunication regarding tablets themselves not to mention no backing or support from management. Each day was a scramble in the field to put out fires and try to educate customers and big box staff. WEEKENDS are mandatory ! Don't be fooled not just during holiday which would be semi acceptable in a retail environment but your forced to perform in store demonstrations most times with no business cards and little or no working products. Let's not forget the new item roll out another disasterous fire drill waste of time over priced wrong target market no pre selling no commercials or print ads multi million dollar fail for a company backed by DREAM WORKS yet cannot give it's employees a single paid day off. Sorry to harp on the idea of a paid day off but after standing at several 8 hour in store demos and meetings you need a day off just to process all the complaints that people walk up and unload on you while you are trying to sell more garbage tablets. The lies are endless, the managers are under trained and nasty and as a person in the field you have no voice. Required weekly reports aren't viewed, managers play favorites and pit teammates against each other giving recognition to some but not all and territories are subject to change without warning. Sounds great right?!
