Ventajas

Awesome coworkers, decent pay (It could be better, it is still a call center), casual attire, easy job.

Desventajas

Not enough training, terrible schedule management and they do not offer any benefits.

Ventajas

Could not ask for better coworkers! Casual environment, owners are very approachable and their doors are always open.

Desventajas

Recently moved to a bigger office downtown and the new call system has been frustrating to learn.

Ventajas

Amazing co-workers. Always helpful, friendly, they're there when you need them. They're the reason I'm still there.

Desventajas

The call system doesnt work properly half the time. We were told how amazing this new system would be and 8 months later it doesn't do half the things we're told. You hear a constant annoying ringing sound when calls are holding back to back that will drive you nuts. We are never staffed properly for the call volume that we take on. For the amount of work we do, stress we take on, and only getting either 3-10 min, 2-15 mins, or 1-30 (unpaid) breaks its not worth the pay at this point.
