Ventajas
Formitable offers a lot of freedom and possibilities. The hierarchy is flat and everyone's' input (regardless of level) is more than welcome. I have never felt as valued in a company as here. Big plus: everyone in the company shares a deep love for food, and believes that they can help restaurants to succeed online.
Desventajas
Formitable is still growing strongly, which does come with some growing pains and less established structures than longer set companies. Entrepreneurship, ownership and flexibility are necessities.
