Before Flywheel was acquired by Omnicom, it was a great place to work in. People were happy, processes were flowing and it felt that we were growing. I believe that the culture changed so much and we are not thinking as a big company. We are all trying to not drown in the insane amount of work with half of the people.
Great colleagues left the company - top talent we can say and the iffy ones stayed. Rude people are part of the leadership team, how do you expect to run a business like this?
It was fully remote, now it's hybrid. Why is it so important to go back to the company? You messed up our work-life balance.
Many layoffs that changed the culture and way that people worked. This is a global company and there's no respect for people's time, we all work in different time zones and there are expectancies that we work after hours.
