Ventajas

Desventajas
-No hand holding. Float has a high performing culture. There isn't much 'hand holding' and whilst the leaders are very supportive and offer support when needed, the onus is on team members to structure their work day in a way that's productive. No one will be checking on you every afternoon to see if you've done your work. It's not for everyone and not everyone can be successful working this way. If you haven't worked remotely before, this could be a huge challenge.
