Ventajas

When a customer needs an auto body shop it is not a good day for them. I enjoyed the opportunity to walk them through the repair and insurance process and provide the knowledge that gave them confidence in our ability to solve the problem efficiently and correctly. Busy, fast paced office with a wide variety of tasks keeps it interesting and fun.

Desventajas

Poor management style, unprofessional conversations behind the scenes and inappropriate employee reprimands included unprofessional screaming rather than calm discussion. Toxic environment. Unnecessary micro management. Lacks paid sick leave so everyone comes to work sick and gets everyone else sick. Take your vitamins!
