Ventajas

Overall nice people to work around. Nice environment. Good "starter" place for high school or college. Good phone training.

Desventajas

Employee benefits are lacking. Company is slow to improve areas, but as they are growing, I think they are getting better. Pay is not good and focus could be on how to retain good help long-term.. Not enough performance reviews. Lack of encouragement by management tends to drag employees down and not feel valuable.
