Ventajas
- Great management who really invest in your development and push you to take on more responsibilities - Big corporate company with a small company feel - Majority of people who work at Fitch are really friendly and want to speak to you - Seems like a lot of progression within the company, lots of people move around and work their way up into senior roles - Best salary i’ve ever been on (I’ve heard company wide the salaries aren’t great however the team I work for are a new product and are given quite generous salaries due to specialism of product)
Desventajas
- Worst HR department i’ve ever worked with, they miss every deadline given and have a very unapproachable and rude manager. Their workload seems very high but that still gives you not right to make your colleagues feel stupid for walking up to you for asking a question. Also- HR manager never answers ANY email sent. They should be replaced with a more personable employer to work in HUMAN resources - Work benefits average, nothing special
