Ventajas

The only good thing I can say about this company is my co-workers and my team leader.

Desventajas

The pay ($10.00 an hour) call and the benefits suck. Management is always trying to find ways to increase volume so they can suck up to the client.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Desventajas

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
