Ventajas
Feel proud that I've completed 17 years and the bond is still going strong. Have grown from associate level to Operations manager. A few things I would love to call out as part of my journey. 1. Work Life Balance that FSL provides is second to none than any other organization. 2. Growth opportunities, employee growth through IJP's and internal promotions 3. Management support - Very helpful, supportive, motivational and approachable 4. Unbiasedness and open door policy that's followed across FSL is quite commendable, that inspires us to share our views with honesty. FSL to me is not just an organization but feel like a family that I'm part of, through which I have not just grown professionally but personally as well. Thank you to all my colleagues, supervisors and support teams for making my journey such a memorable and delightful one, many more to create in coming years....
Desventajas
I can't think of any, good part is if I come across any issues on a daily basis I get them discussed and sorted with my reporting supervisor.
