Overtime was offered and there is benefits when you start.

They are working for as a third party so therefore you don't know which company rules and policies to follow.

Thank you for your comments. As a business process outsourcing company we work with a number of clients to provide customer contact centre support. At recruitment stage, you will have been advised which client account you would be aligned to, and through your induction you will have been onboarded as a Firstsource employee, and trained on the processes of the relevant client. Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
