Ventajas

Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer experience, executive leadership always accessible, closed Saturday's, relatively positive environment. Community involvement encouraged.

Desventajas

limited bank products/services, technology-challenged, outdated and conservative lending practices which make it difficult to attract new business. Branches understaffed which creates employee frustration, employee benefits are limited and expensive. Very little teamwork across bank which makes the administrative areas and branches out of touch with each other. Outdated policies & procedures which contribute to inefficiencies. Limited career growth.
