They pay women less than men. If you are young they pay you less. Not about experience. They are afraid of experience you can take their jobs. Drafting test finish wiring diagram in 15 minutes they will die to hire you. Give you a half an hour to finish. A lot of miserable people who work for the company a long time. They use Temp Agencies to fill in spots and then terminate once job is done. Racist racist racist well most of the whites especially the Italians.
