So, I joined the company and got an email the next day begging me to leave a glowing review on Glassdoor. No wonder their ratings are sky-high – it's all part of their social media magic trick. Let's talk about the financial situation: it's a mess. They laid off almost the entire IT team, including folks who just won "Employee of the Month" awards. The CEO told us there wouldn't be any layoffs, and then the next day, surprise! Layoffs everywhere. HR? Oh boy, they're a real piece of work. They never update us on anything, and all their policies are designed to make the company happy, not the employees. Employee welfare? What's that? The top IT managers and leaders have driven the team straight into the ground. And the office? It's like a roach motel – literally. Cockroaches everywhere. Managers here don't trust anyone. Their WFH policy is hilarious: you get two weeks to work from home, then if you don't come back to the office, you're out. Doesn't matter if you're on a wheelchair; you better roll on in. Empathy? Never heard of it. If you're late by even 5 seconds, they dock your pay. But if you work an extra 3-4 hours? Ha! Don't expect a dime. It's clear they care more about their bottom line than their employees. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you're looking to add "depression" to your list of job perks.
