-Way too task based and overloaded without focusing on real impact and value added touchpoints -Manually renew every single client, awful to do paperwork for every renewal required in 2024 -Entry level workload -Micro management -Boring platform -Level of service not segmented well -No high dollar clients

Ventajas

Amazing benefits and great values. People on my team are great to work with and genuinely respectful. Being able to hybrid work has been a lifesaver for me.

Desventajas

Extremely fast moving company where design to launch is done at lightening speed leaving very little time to plan & execute training.
