Ventajas

As pros I would say: - CEO/CTO approval with a technical given direction that relies on strong seniority in their field (CTI) and good connections with a great portfolio of customers - strong technicality of the product and teams, pretty good work atmosphere - great economic outlook as Filigran is displacing a lot of competitors globally - full remote embedded in company culture with 2 offsites per year

Desventajas

Depending on the team you are in, your experience can be very different I'd say. As the company is structuring from ~175 people to much more as it is heavily recruiting in 2026, maintaining the culture and getting the right level of process is a challenge. My cons are: - as a new joiner you will feel an inner circle of 60/70 people who know each other very well and who have direct connections with each other which makes it harder/slower for you to integrate to - communication and information sharing is not explicitly/consciously done and you will sometimes learn about things with a lag of a few days or weeks. Multiple tools for comms such as gather/teams/emails makes it diluted and often limited to closed circles - management training of early employees has not been done and hence management skills of VPs/EM is very uneven between teams (micro-management, no clear expectations for role, very uneven pay for same seniority level within the same team (15k difference)) - recruiting is getting structured but very uneven in terms of process and profile being recruited and I've seen a lot of come and go in my 6 months over there (even for C-level where somebody stayed for a month) and again pay and advantages are very uneven depending on when people joined for a same role. - pace of work is pretty high but also uneven (but probably expected for a startup/scaleup this size) - very french culture with strong hierarchy (could depend on the team), top down culture, positive reinforcement and success celebration is done a little and very uneven english speaking capacities within teams
