Ventajas

If you like to work and get paid this is a good spot. But get your license as soon as possible or else they'll pressure you sale more while you don’t get the commission.

Desventajas

Management, the environment, the owners hire to hook up. (Or it seems like) The culture was unprofessional and to be honest mad me uncomfortable working there.

Ventajas

If you in the right office with the right people, it can be comfortable.

Desventajas

Not only are you a sales agent but you have to do clean up to the office. There is no room to grow, it's just a job, not a career. They pay you minimum wage and falsely promise to make huge commissions. Thats a lie, you make commissions depending on how much broker fee you charge the client. So you really have to screw the clients to make a decent commission pay. They they penalize you for any little mistake you make on the paperwork. The only one that wins is the owner of the franchise. It was a dead end boring job with no future.
