Ventajas
Really amazing and friendly people, who build a great environment (in the offices in Portugal) -unfortunately, they're all leaving the company Good set of benefits, for the Portuguese context (flexible working hours, good health insurance)
Desventajas
Terrible leadership - immature, arrogant, inexperienced. CEO tours the office like a superstar, not owning up to his decisions and letting the HR department take the blame for everything. Total lack of transparency on how/what decisions are made and on the communications to the company. Low salaries when comparing with the market and different salary values according to the office you're in Salary progression is totally uninteresting
