Ventajas
The recruitment process was very well organized, with clear and easy-to-understand steps. Interviews focused on both technical skills and alignment with the company culture and expectations of the role, which helped me to make my decision. Desventajas
Nothing particularly important to point out, but I could mention that the process, although comprehensive, involves several stages and can be demanding in terms of preparation and availability.
