Ventajas
This is a great place to get your engineering skills honed. They are big on it and the technology they are developing is definitely cutting edge stuff. The people are also great to work with and most have a healthy dose of respect for others they work with, They are generous with the paid time off too.
Desventajas
Most of the issues are in upper management with the big problem being in salary, They love to use Salary.com and tools like that in order to figure out how much to pay their employees, This would be fine in most cases but the people who work here are exceptional and the differentiation needs to be a lot more obvious. The people who work here are among the best I've ever worked with. Using average salaries will usually get you those average people. HR seems to be the ones who push back against salary increases citing said resources (salary.com, et al). There is absolutely no career path here so if you expect to advance your career in ways other than just getting better at your job then this might not be your company.
