Ventajas
I struggle to think of anything positive to say about this company. They have reasonable benefits and reasonable salaries. They sometimes have food to celebrate continuous safe days. There are some very good people there that they haven't run off yet.
Desventajas
Expectations for reviews are subject to change without discussion with employee. No feedback is given until time of review - only a beating. Messengers are shot for trying to make improvements because leaders feel intimidated or exposed for inadequacies. Must continually watch your back and position suggestions in a "Politically Correct Murphy" mindset. Company continually ejects people for "Not a Good Fit." Examine the average tenure in the last 5 yrs, it's less than 3 yrs. Stay away from this company!
