C-level and executives suck at their job. The company tried to project an image of being diverse and cultural, but in practice, it didn’t offer career development. There were no career paths, no salary increases, and no growth opportunities, no nothing.

Not many to speak of; we were constantly putting out fires and were overworked due to ridiculous promises made to customers.

I don't have the time to list them all - we were overworked and underpaid and then most made redundant when the company was sold.
