Ventajas
The entire Forma team is amazing! Every department is filled with dedicated, driven, and talented employees making it a great place to work. Support staff like IT and HR are fantastic, professional, and helpful which again just makes the day to day work so much better! Onboarding is great, I felt very welcomed and like I was part of the team right away even as a remote employee, I feel super connected to everyone. The company really lives its values and culture, they are not just words on a wall like you see at many other organizations. The overall compensation package, benefits, perks, employee recognition, etc. are really incredible at Forma. I think a lot of companies say they care about employees but Forma really does and their actions show that (again not just words on the website). Overall, I think Forma is an amazing place to work and I feel so lucky to be here and I feel my work and contributions are valued and recognized.
Desventajas
Forma is growing fast, so like many companies going through growth and transition, there are some hurdles. But I see this more as an opportunity than a con. Forma is hiring the right people for the right roles and making clear plans and objectives to grow responsibly which I think is amazing!
