1. Earlier the Eclipse Hyderabad unit had a strong and collaborative work culture. However after the leadership changes the focus appears to have shifted toward internal politics rather than meaningful work and technical excellence. 2. Regardless of performance, promotions and hikes largely depend on tenure and staying in leadership’s good books. 3. Salary hikes and promotions are minimal. 4. There is little to no visibility beyond one’s immediate manager. 5. Most of the strong performers have already left the organization. 6. The parent company, SS&C, seems to treat EZE as a maintenance-focused business unit, with limited emphasis on growth or evolution. 7. No additional benefit.
