Ventajas
There is a lot of freedom and employees are generally left alone as long as they are doing their job. They will work around your family life if you need them to as long as your performance doesn't waiver. Just show up on time, do your job, and you will be fine.
Desventajas
Not a ton of cons. This company is still small and grew very quickly. Even though it seems like they have been around for awhile, they are still in their infancy when it comes to being in business. They are still working out the best way to do things.
