By far the worst place I’ve ever worked. I was left with severe workplace PTSD due to the psychological and emotional abuse. The toxicity here runs so deep that it’s impossible to change because it comes directly from the top and everyone gets poisoned. So much bullying, manipulation, sexism, racism and general unprofessional behavior among leadership, which trickles down and creates the most hostile environment where you can’t trust anyone, not even your own team mates. Directors talk badly about each other behind each others backs and complain about each other (and other team members) to their direct reports trying to get any new joiners to choose a side. People will stab each other in the back at any given time. You constantly have to be on edge and never feel like you can relax and just get on with work. Someone’s always working their own agenda. Middle aged white male leadership hiring their other white middle aged male friends as well as people without any experience or competence for very senior positions, which has a huge negative impact across the entire company. Men are generally favored and there were white middle aged male contractors who bully women without any consequence despite leadership being fully aware of the issue. So many people being insanely overworked to the point where both their mental and physical wellbeing was in jeopardy. Yet no support was given and no changes were made. Instead you were “rewarded” with more work. Lastly, below market compensation for anyone who’s not c-suite or a director, and no benefits whatsoever besides a free lunch once a month. If you value your mental and physical health then avoid this company at all costs!

The awesome colleagues who are sticking around (though most of the good ones have bailed) make the work environment survivable, despite the toxic C-level.
Desventajas
Employees constantly feel undervalued and have been hit hard by significant layoffs over the past two years. Promises are made but never kept, with little action taken to address the problems. Despite our repeated warnings about the negative impact, the company continues to make poor financial decisions. Peer and pay reviews are postponed for months, only to coincide with sudden layoffs and promotions of undeserving individuals. It's also concerning that some staff receive raises without informing the other staff, which will cause chaos and further dissatisfaction. Non-executive staff lacks transparency, and both current and former employees' concerns and warnings about company management and employee treatment fall on deaf ears. Moreover, there is a visible disparity in pay among employees in the same roles. Upper-level management demonstrates a lack of respect, offering generic and unhelpful responses.
