Execulink used to be a great place to work, until new management was hired. Now employees are treated horribly, long term employees are being forced out and there is no communication. Low staffing levels leave employees with unreasonable work loads for low pay and management doesn't care at all, nor are they trying to hire an appropriate amount of new staff to account for deficits. Employees are expected to shut up, not ask questions and just agree with everything they are told. Management can't be trusted. Do not work here. It sounds great on paper, but it's a nightmare.
