      Ventajas

      Work culture is open with friendly colleagues and approachable seniors who are super supportive & offer great guidance. I really like the transparent work process with fair leadership chances and appraisals. It's also great that we receive additional comp-offs & free meals on non-working days, which is a big relief. Besides work, there are plenty of entertaining events, festivals, and birthday celebrations organized throughout the year which make work even more enjoyable.

      Desventajas

      Very fast-paced. Need to multitask. Strict timelines for project deliveries.

      You will be trusted with new responsibilities if you become well versed in your job. Processes are organized, so you know where to start from. Company makes everyone feel valued through gift offerings on Diwali, organizing family events, and conducting quarterly team dinners

      Its not always possible to have a balanced work and life due to work demanding nature

      Due to poor management , you have to struggle on your own. No-one knows what to do.
