      Ventajas

      This company have a good health insurance and fitpass. People in Georgian office administration and most of georgian HRs are the best people i ever met, also some georgian IT guys are really good professionals. That guys have good english knowledge

      Desventajas

      Very bad working aura. There are many nonproffesional seniors in company and they think that they are better than other nationality workers, they have x2 salaries minimum, have more benefits and they are working less. Just worst management I have ever seen. Without knowledge of Russian language you have no chanse to have any normal working day without google translated messages from managers. Just 10% of workers know english better than A1
