The people who do the real work are fantastic. They keep the company alive - but unfortunately this is a thankless job.
Desventajas
Management has ruined what was once a good company. Egos run the show and find yes-men to help them do it. If you have a mind of your own, they'll discard you. However, if bending to the will of the mediocre sounds attractive to you, then this might be a good fit.
