Ventajas
I loved the positive atmosphere and culture of EBR and the ambitious small teams that came together as a whole to deliver the first American made sport bike. As a small start up company there was room for flexibility and growth in the company.
Desventajas
Being at a small start up company is a risk but it also comes with great reward. The hardest challenge of working at EBR was going through the company shut down with all my fellow employees.
