Ventajas

La empresa ofrece buenas prestaciones (además de las de ley, por supuesto). Más días de aguinaldo que los de ley, mayor porcentaje de prima vacacional que los de ley. PTO flexible, trabajo híbrido, fondo de ahorro doble, Seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores. Hay revision de compensación anual. Buen ambiente laboral. Buena comunicación entre el equipo. Buenos compañeros. Ofrecen capacitación de lo que se necesite y ofrecen licencias para casi cualquier cosa. Respetan completamente el horario laboral.

Desventajas

Las utilidades que reparten (PTU) son muy bajas. Muy poca oportunidad de crecimiento. No tienes escritorio propio, tienes que reservar uno disponible. El trabajo puede hacerse completamente remoto, pero aún así quieren que estemos en la oficina algunos días, en horarios específicos.

Ventajas

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.

Desventajas

Like any company in a growth stage, things can move quickly at times, which can come with its challenges—but this is something Leadership is aware of and being cautious about.

Desventajas

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
