Pretty good balance of ambitious effort without being unrealistic about what can actually get done. Having smart colleagues helps too.

Pay is embarrassingly low. Leadership is completely disengaged and makes hiring and firing decisions like they're picking what to have for lunch — no strategy, no consistency, no explanation. The CEO avoids any real conversation and lets other people deliver bad news so he never has to be accountable for anything. If you have a problem there's nowhere to turn and no one who actually cares. I don't know how this company keeps its doors open.
