Ventajas

Lots of opportunity to move to different jobs within the company. Tuition reimbursement kept me from having to rack up a lot of student debt. Plenty of overtime available if desired. Had a great relationship with a lot of the hour employees.

Desventajas

Management was a joke, especially direct supervisors or department managers. It was quite frustrating to work for a supervisor (who was supposedly experienced) that knew less than you about how to do the job. Management was nearly non-existent unless you do something wrong. Extremely dirty and greasy inside. Very hot during the summers thanks to the 2000 degree furnaces, yet still very cold during the winters. Inadequate training for employees on multiple levels. Had to train new "very experienced" technicians that were making $4+/hr than myself on how to do basic troubleshooting that they should already know how to do. Very high turnover rate.
