      My favorite part about Encore is the culture. No matter what we are people and they take care of their people no matter what. No matter how much this company grows it still feels like home.

      Ventajas

      Supportive company culture with a consistently positive work environment. Fair and competitive pay structure. Clear opportunities for ongoing learning, development, and career growth.

      Desventajas

      The PTO offering is more limited than I expected and could be more generous. Possible improvement is increase in PTO based on years in the company continuing to invest in clear development paths and maintaining the positive culture already in place will go a long way in keeping the team engaged and motivated.
