During my time there, priorities and expectations frequently shifted, often with inconsistent direction from different levels of leadership. This created confusion and made it difficult to execute work effectively. I also experienced a lack of structured onboarding, training, and regular feedback. Requests for clarification or support were often unanswered, which contributed to an environment that felt disorganized and high-pressure. In my experience, leadership styles at times came across as dismissive or overly critical, and concerns about workplace culture did not appear to be addressed in a meaningful way.
