The salary was on target with the rest of the competition
Desventajas
Overpriced product that promises 100% SLA when there have been multiple outages. Zero true differentiators for CC. Upper management/CEO are incredibly rude, & refuse to admit when they are wrong. Witnessed CRO yelling at his house keeper in Spanish and talking down to everyone under him.
