None...All those paid awards and fake recognition to stay ahead in game with no real business or ethics
Desventajas
1) Firstly salaries never paid on time.. 2) Company is cashless and business bought inn are not executed due to no money to purchase new Servers/routers and other Resources. 3) When i decided to join ESDS their Glassdoor rating was 3.4..Then they participated in "Great place to work" contest...and suddenly their rating in 3-4 months went up to 4.5 4) Check the review...Everyone is nearly writing same title "Great place to work",,,,Its all fake and written by Few people from HR team using some trick. 5) High attrition at present to due Salaries not paid on time... 6) Nashik team all senior management people have no competence and are surviving by scratching each others back 7) They make lot of noise to get business from customer but once the customer places order....His life is a living hell then...They way ESDS makes their customer suffer is brutal ...They bribe and get business in many case... 8) HR is only to hire and from then they are dead from you...
