Support, across the board, is awful. Customers told me they wouldnt buy additional products...many were looking to LEAVE...almost exclusively due to poor Support. Account Managers in multiple divisions lament this fact all the time.
Rigid rules. Even when something is going 100% downhill, management is slow to respond, referring to the ol' "we've always done it this way" mentality.
Had 1 boss who was hella nice, and kept telling me everything is fine. Then got a second boss, who's idea of a 1:1 is talking for 15 minutes straight, scowling at any interruptions for clarity, and then saying "I gotta run". In other words - you're completely on your own and you better get it right because you won't get too much constructive feedback before it's too late.
